Problems will always rear their heads in any major job; it’s just a question of when. A totally unexpected rain squall created a bit of havoc one mid February afternoon. The quality of a contractor is always apparent in how they deal with that problem. Rainbow dealt with air conditioner issues, with plaster repair, and did everything they could to satisfy difficult unit owners. And the job itself appears flawless, and passed it’s warranty inspection quickly and easily. They did their best to maintain sanitary conditions during the job with daily cleanups, and communicated with me frequently as to scheduling and other information that I needed to share.
